We are still in a bad drought. 
Have had a small amount of much needed rain. 
Actually rode in our arena today without dust.

I didn't water until late this summer just to see if they would survive

Images & Words 126: "Celebration"

Images & Words sends a great big Howdy from Texas this week.  
I'm Lynda, your guest host (mrsrh.multiply.com/ from the Rockin' Heart Ranch). 
When Milli asked if I would guest host this week I immediately knew the theme I would choose because it's our wedding anniversary. 
So come celebrate with Russ and I.

Can't wait to see how you will celebrate
but forgive me if I don't comment right a way --- sure hoping to get a way for a few days in celebration of our anniversary but those plans are sure looking dim at the present time.

Our pickup and living quarters horse trailer (a horse trailer with complete camper in the front) to haul us & our horses to far a way places is my favorite means of transportation.  Photos are my favorite mount and equine partner Bourbon And Yn (prounced wine) aka Jake.  Jake is an American Quarter Horse gelding that is currently 17 years old and I have had him since he was a yearling.  I took all the photos except the 3 where I am on Jake, Russ took those.
 Most of the photos were from Picture Perfect entries, so most of you probably have seen the photos as individual photos.
